Passbolt Android App 2.8.1: 16KB Memory Support and Full Text Search

Passbolt Android App 2.8.1 adds support for 16KB memory page Android devices through a recompiled gopenpgp crypto library. It also introduces SQL Full Text Search, improving search performance and enabling case-insensitive matching for accented and localized characters, with a transition to word prefix search. This release also updates the configuration for translation synchronization.
