Passbolt iOS App 2.8.0: Password Policies and Paginated Resources

Passbolt iOS App 2.8.0 introduces support for password policies and adds pagination to the resources list, enabling better handling of large datasets. It also assumes a default HTTPS scheme when no URL scheme is specified, improving usability. This release includes UI fixes and improvements across the application, along with updates to Swift 6.
