Passbolt iOS App 3.0.0: PIN Code Resources and Swift 6 Transition

Passbolt iOS App 3.0.0 introduces support for the new PIN code resource type and adds full-text case-insensitive search for improved resource discovery. This release also includes a range of UI improvements and bug fixes across the application, and finalizes the transition of the codebase to Swift 6.
